Michael A. Cardozo

I was saddened to learn of Michael's passing. He and I worked together at the NYC Bar Association when I was in graduate school. He was always generous with his time, talkative and supportive, and I admired him a great deal. When I thought I wanted to become a lawyer, he sat me down and spoke candidly about the law and the life of a lawyer. He even wrote a letter of recommendation for me, something I have never forgotten. One memory that stands out is how whenever we had to give presentations...

So sorry to hear about Michael's passing. He was a giant in so many areas of the law. I have such sweet memories of him from Woodlands. Condolences to Nancy and family. Joan Mann

I chaired the Commission on Ethic and Lobbying in government for two years and had the benefit of Michael´s collegiality and sage advice. The city, state and nation are the better for his service.
