Read MoreI am so sorry for the loss, I worked with Mike for many years and a lot of others guys that we worked with have now passed on and I am sure that they are all sitting around and having a beer. We had a lot of laughs over the years and he will be missed. Cheers to you buddy

I'm so sorry for your loss. He made the world a better place and and I was blessed to know him and a better person for it. He made me laugh so much and played rotten tricks on me as I did him. He did catch me on fire once and we laughed so hard....later.
