Hearing of Mike's passing has me devastated. Mike and I had a special friendship. He was my customer first, but a special friendship emerged. We would golf, have dinner at the Sky Club and share stories of our lives. One memorable time was when we were playing golf. On the green, he said to me "Hey, haven't you heard of customer golf?", which while making my putt, I said "Ya, I've heard of it" . We had a good laugh.
