Not sure what to say?

It's been 3 years and I still think about Mike all the time. I am still at Capital One, where I first met Mike. Funny story how we first met... He was hired to be our new CTO in Auto Finance, and I had not met him yet. I needed his approval for something, so went to his office get that approval, but he wasn't there. I will never forget Mike's leadership and HUGE personality at Capital One. He was a man who truly cared for the people who worked for him...that is rare indeed these days. I will remember Mike's great sense of humor and how he drew everyone in with his presence. He was like no other CIO I've ever come across...he was the best.

My world is sadder without Mike.
