I saw that Mike had died in the message sent out by the Order of Malta of which I am also a member. You may not recall me but I got to know Mike and worked with him at Satra and kept in touch for a time but then lost contact as our careers took their respective courses. Hi Anne. Sorry to hear that Mike is no longer with us. We worked together at Bechtel's DC office and traveled to Curacao to convince the government to let Bechtel refurbish its airport. We were successful. Art Pilzer
