I met Michael when he was in school at Life Chiropractic school in Marietta Ga. He was my two daughters Dr and occasionally my Dr. He was always a very nice and kind person. Fly high my friend! ~fay~

Mike was a good friend and neighbor. We had many great days on the golf course. I miss you buddy.

I met Doc in 1988 at a Convention-- Bored, tired and just wanted to get out of there and play golf !!!About 2hrs in a guy comes in the Door looking like a country western starGRUMBLING agh "what did I miss--- nothing !! Ha--- from that day on-- we laughed, cried, laughed until we cried again--Doc--My world is not right -- miss my buddy-- anyone who wants to talk -- he would like that we would tell DOC TALES

Growing up with Michael and his siblings I always felt part of the family. Spent many holidays, vacations and sleepovers. Will always remember our front porch parties. After we left Wisc, Michael moved to Fla and me to CA. we lost contact, but we never lost the memories or our love for each other. My condolences for you loss.

A great and dear friend. I always looked forward to our phone calls which would begin with me saying "Ehrrr" and Ehr would reply "Cliffff" ( nick names) then we would both laugh. I'd get to hear his infectious laugh! My wife Ann got to meet Ehr last January when he came up to St. Paul to visit another old friend Phil Fortney who was dying of cancer. Michael was an honored and dear friend. His visits back to Menomonie were a welcome reunion whenever possible. His many friends and personal obligations to stay close to all were a measure of the kind of man he was. The unfortunate circumstances of his rapid decline in health prevented one last meeting bu in our hearts and in his, we were together. To a kind and enjoyable friend, I bid adieu but his memory will forever be tied ours. Deepest condolences for our mutual loss and warmest memories...
