Donna and family,
I was shocked to hear what happened to Mike. He was such a caring and supportive person. He was my first roommate at Northeastern. We had a lot of good times together with Ed, too. He will be sadly missed by all of us.

All of at NDh who worked with you and as your patients, are richer for you having been a part of our life Dr. Faraldi. On earth you gave 110%-and now is time for your reward. You gave more in your short life than some who live to be 90. Thank you dear Dr. for leaving us all better for having known you. We pray for comfort for Donna, your 2 little ones and all the friends who loved you. Barbara Stencel NDH Birth Center

I can't believe such a great person has left us. He was larger than life. It was a priviledge to be his friend. You'll never be forgotten.

My sincere condoloences to you and your family Donna. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May you find strength in this very difficult time.

I knew you for only a brief moment in time, but it is a moment I will never forget. I have never met anyone else like you. Fly with the angels and kiss the stars.

You were an awesome guy and I am honored to have known you.May God Bless you and your family. You truly will be missed by many.

Our sincerest condolences to you and your family. We had the pleasure of being patients who were treated as friends by Dr. "Mike". It has been a privilege to have crossed paths with him. He always made us laugh. He even offered to fly us to our camp in Old Forge, just because he wanted to. Thanks Mike, it was our pleasure to know you!
