Our sincerest condolences to you and your family. We had the pleasure of being patients who were treated as friends by Dr. "Mike". It has been a privilege to have crossed paths with him. He always made us laugh. He even offered to fly us to our camp in Old Forge, just because he wanted to. Thanks Mike, it was our pleasure to know you!

This is a terrible loss. My prayers to Mike's family, wife Donna and two girls. Mike was my doctor about 5 years ago, and recently treated my youngest daughter. You liked Mike the minute you meet him, not only our doctor but our friend. He had a zest for life, compassionate, humurous, caring, giving, there will never be another like him. God Bless Mike.

To the family of Dr.Faraldi, he was one amazing person. He took loving care of my elderly mother with such compassion. On that day he was preparing for the birth of his 2nd child and so exciting telling us about his love for family. When mom told him she had twelve (6 boys and 6 girls)..he gasped. LOLO..we laughed till we cried. Missed but never forgotten by many~

There are no words to tell you Donna and girls how much Dr. Faraldi was loved and admired by his patients. He always put up lots of pictures of your daughters - loved the one in their Halloween costumes!! He just adored them and you too. I was a patient of his when he proudly told us you were expecting your first baby. May God be with you and your family as you go on without him. I will pray for you all. Keep the faith.

Mike would call me from time to time for advice on his airplanes and I marveled that he didn't need my advice - he posessed huge amounts of knowledge and already knew all the answers. Instead, it was clear that he just wanted to have casual and light conversation. An easy guy to talk with. I'll remember how proud he was when he came to visit me at Hartford to show me the new custom instrument work he had installed in his Beechcraft while chiding our mutual friend Ken about his airplane that "wasn't as spacious". Mike was a down to earth guy that I was lucky to have been acquainted.
Mike will be a missed and positive force in our tight aviation community. My heart aches for and my prayers focus on his young family.

To my loving first nephew Mikey. I remember after your christening your mother was changing your diaper and you got back at me for the time your cousin Jeffrey peed on your mom after she just got out of the bath. I'll never forget all the times we visited you in Old Tappan and I stayed over and you would be teasing me and you and your brother and friends would throw my cape on the floor and jump from the sofa onto the cape. Also there were so many other times that you loved to just tease me. I will always remember those wonderful times we all had together , all those years. We were so proud of you and loved you so very much. All of your cousins Jeff, Andrea and Jill and their families and of course your aunt Maralyn and uncle Rodger. I have so much more to say, but I don't want to take up the whole paper.
Dear Donna, Anna and Isabella, we love you and want you to know that our prayers are with you in this sad episode of your lives.
My Dearest sister Judi, I can't imagine the loss you are suffering at this time. We are always here for you and you just have to call, and I'll be there.Thank God for Jim.
With all our love.

Donna, everyone is pulling for you and your beautiful girls. This was the worst news. Mike had a way of making everyone feel special when he was around. He was a true friend to all. I had lunch with him last summer outside his office (the picnic table) and had a nice time just talking, like friends do. A couple of days later he mentioned to my wife, Diane (she works at NDH XRAY/CT), that it was nice having lunch and talking with me and seeing an old friend. He was really a special guy...he loved life, people, and his family. He will be missed by all of us.

March 2, 2011

We were so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. We will always remember him coming home after school with our son ,Jason, both of them hitting the fridge for snacks, then wandering off to Mile's house where my son would disappear for hours... returning later fully fed...due to yhe kindness and warmth of Mike and his family...hadn't seen him in years, but will remember him always as a gentle and kind young man. You were the best of friends. I am going to miss your smile and your corny jokes. But most of all, I am going to miss you. May you find soar with the angels and find peace in God's arms.

And to your wonderful family, may they take comfort in the fact that they knew you and in their memories of you, as you truly lived your life to the fullest.

I am going to miss you so much. God bless you, and may He watch over your family as they travel through life's toughest road.

Donna and girls

Our family has followed yours since we shared common time at the residency at Benedictine. Mike was a joker and many times did the trick and got off free to leave someone else to take the blame. He was a lucky fellow with lots of energy and spunk. Whether surfing the Internet or playing golf and telling his stories he was fully enjoying the moment.
Your pictures at Christmas have allowed us to stay in touch with your growth and event notable enough to make the family's yearly letter. We hope and pray that as the pain of this horrible event passes that you too can live life to its fullest like mike your husband and father was able.

We send our love, David, Maria, Adryann and Brynnee' Gent

Dear Donna and girls,
We are so sorry for your loss.
I still remember when you came to kingston and rented our house on Grand st. I often tell people the story how Mike raised his own rent after living there for a few years. Me and my wife joked he must be crazy or a special person with a kind heart. We know which one it was. Thanks Mike for the great care you have given Steffi over the last 6 months. She was due to see you this week in hopes she could ski one time this year. So Mike please clear her from above. I'm glad to have known you and your family, you will be missed by all of us.

Dear Donna and Girls,
Mike has touched our family with his friendship and generousity. Our sons Brian & Jonathan will miss him dearly, especially Brian. His friendship has meant so much to both of them. When we purchased our airplane from PA, Mike offered to fly it home for us and Jonathan made the flight with him and Mike was so good to him. I don't know many people who would take their time off work to help out so many people. His love of life and family showed in all he did. He will be sadly missed by all of us.
