Here is the photo of the Cobble Stone Church in the cornfield directly adjacent to Mike.

Bonnie,
I hope you received my recent letter update and photo. I would like to share with everyone that after the accident my husband and I went out to the accident sight. I noticed precisely to the right of Mike was a cornfield and an old cobble stone church with a steeple. I found comfort in that. I think of you every day. Your picture is on my dresser and your smiling at me. I bought a big white cross today.im going to decorate it with blue flowers and place it at the memorial site.

Aunt Bonnie, Grandma, and family: I'm so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I have fond memories of him from my childhood. I remember how much he loved '80s hair bands and I remember going to the state fair and him making fun of me for liking the New Kids on the Block. (I don't blame him). I hope you find comfort in knowing that he was so loved.

Love, Rachel (Hughson) Raskin

Mike was a great guy. He was one of the first people I ever met when I took up cycling. Always had a compliment and was intersted in my new gear, etc. I had the priviledge to ride with Mike many times over the years and he always made it fun for me. You'll be missed buddy!

mis mas sinceras condolencias yo conoci a Mike hace muchos años en elrancho de Dean & Yoly en Brtaymer y tengo muy buenos recuerdos de el.

Bonnie ~ I read with dismay about the tragic accident that took the life of your son, Michael. I know that there must be a deep hole in your heart due to his absence. I will keep Michael, his family, and you in my prayers as you grieve his untimely death. From the comments I have read in the Guest Book, he loved well and was well loved. May God bless you...
