Not sure what to say?

Michael, we couldn't have had a better place to grow up in than Hometown USA. I have very fond memories of our friendship. I will always remember your Dad letting me work at The Economy Dept. Store.

I am very saddened to hear of Mike's passing. We had a nice friendship in High School which I will not forget.
