Mark and I are so shocked and saddened to hear about this. We loved Mike. He was a fabulous person--kind, smart, funny, and gentle. Our hearts are broken for Dee, Monique, and Derek. We have so many good memories of times together--cooking, eating, and laughing; traveling to Austin and Seattle; visiting in Colorado and Virginia, going to hear live music together.
