My deepest condolences and thoughts to the family. I have known Mike and his brother Goodie for many years. Work together at Boise Cascade, played golf and Salono football. My favorite is while playing golf Mike gave his brother Goodie an exploding golf ball to his brother. It was the best of times playing golf with Mike and Goodie.
