Not sure what to say?

Our condolences to the Holtz family. We were next door neighbors to your parents, and will miss chats outside and book club with Sandy. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

So long my friend till we meet again and drink a beer. Sometimes we can find the right words and sometimes we stand beside one another and let our closeness say what words cannot. Remember the good times and celebrate a life well-lived. Our deepest sympathy to Mike,Katie,Andrea and their families. You are in my heard and prayers.

So long my friend till we meet again and drink a beer. Sometimes we can find the right words to say or just stand beside one another and remember a life well-lived.With sympathy from all of us to Mike, Katie, Andrea and their families. You are in my heart and prayers.

Our sincere sympathy on the lose of both parents in such a short time. They will be remembered for being a fun loving couple and always talking about how proud they were of all their children and their successes.

I worked with Mike on many different projects over a number of years from our two companies. As I got to know him he shared a lot of wisdom and guidance that I still use in my life today. It was an honor to know him. Wishing the entire family strength and support from the people around you. My deepest condolences

So sorry for your loss. Mike was a straight shooter and I always enjoyed working with him. May he rest in peace.

Mike Junior- Your Dad was a thoroughly ethical, complete fair partner to us at Medikmark. He was a good man through and through. Who can forget that time we spent at the Purdue-Badger football game with you, your Dad, Dave Sanders, and myself? I always liked him and even tried to contact him last year when Dave passed away. Please accept my sincere sympathies.

I worked for Mike 2000 to 2001 at Owens and Minor. He was an encyclopedia about our industry and had an incredible work ethic. I learned so much from him. Blessings to his wife, kids and grandkids.
