I remember running around with Mike a little bit in Ft. Devens Mass, He moved to Ft. Knox and we visited them on the way to Texas when my father was enroute to Vietnam. Than reuniting again at Ft. Leavenworth, Than I would drive up to Ft. Knox to see them sometimes when I got stationed in Ft. Campbell. From running around the back yard with towels representing capes, and collecting fireflies, to the wrestling matches in the louisville gardens, to having a beer when we were both "grown up". Mike would call and check on me during the hurricanes, and we talked of meeting in Memphis during spring break. He was a brother to me, and I loved /love all the Jacos. We will meet again one day.

Jaco was and always will be one of the best. I worked with him for seven months and even though it was usually just a nod or a joke he always made my day.
Rest well friend

My favorite.

Memory? Only almost every major event in my life for 32 years. Mike was one of my very best friends. Someone who I could talk to when I was down knowing I would be laughing soon. He had a big heart and a big mouth lol but I loved them both. I don't know what I am going to do without him. I am going to miss him so much. To his mother and Nicki I am so very sorry. I know how close you were and how much Mike loved you both and those grand babies.

Mike and I were at Valley High together..we didnt hang out outside of school..was more like we had a few classes together including study hall which we (a group of us including Mike) screwed around most of the hour. Anyway after high school as with most high school people you don't stay in touch..a couple years after graduation I worked at fast food in Shivley..road the TARC bus down Dixie to work...one late afternoon I missed my bus home back to Valley Station..I had to walk it..about half way home walking down Dixie..Mike saw me..pulled over..gave me a ride to my house...I was ever so grateful..we hadn't spoke or seen eachother for at least two years..yet he still had the kind heart to stop and offer me a ride...you had a big heart Mike..I've no doubt t your loved ones will miss you.
