I was out of town last week and did not learn of your tragic loss until today. Linda, I am heartbroken for you and your family and simply have no words to adequately express my condolences. In reading about Michael, he so clearly brought love and laughter to all his family and friends, and it is so difficult to accept that such a spirited life could be cut short. I pray that your memories are a source of comfort and that you are able to find some intervals of peace...

Dear family of Michael,

How saddened I am to see such an outstanding young man being called home to the Lord way too soon. My heart breaks for all of the family for this is a tremendous loss. May God give you the strength, comfort and peace that you need to endure this difficult journey in the days, months and years ahead. My son went to school with Mike since 6th grade. He (and his friends) have had only positive and uplifting stories of Mike. By all accounts he is a wonderful man. I wanted to tell a little story...Today, about 5:30PM, during Mike's visitation, I was working near Highway 70 and Highway K.
