While I may have only met you, I have great affection for your father. He was the finest boss anyone ever had.

News of Michael's death was a blow to us, unexpected and almost paralyzing. We learned only yesterday, from Sonny's voicemail, that Michael is no more with us here. If living a full life is about caring for others, Mike was the epitome of such a life. I had always admired him but even more so when he found out he had cancer because of the way he CHOSE to view it. Positive, greatful, humble and thankful for the awesome life he had been allowed to have. I could only hope to have the same outlook when the good Lord comes for me!

Heartbreaking, Michael was the salt of the earth, a wonderful human being. I am sure he is watching over his family, whom he loved and adored so much. Love and peace to your entire family.

He fought for life in his career and against his illness. What a brave man, a true hero.
