Michael Paul Kutzer

Mike was my brother Frank’s roommate at La Salle University where they met and became life long friends. Mike was always welcoming and interesting and he quickly became a friend to our family.

Michael was a good man. We met as opposing counsel in a bankruptcy case and became friends and colleagues. His loss has been difficult for me on many levels. I will miss him.

Mike helped me with an awful issue regarding a divorce with bankruptcy thrown in
1996 He had just moved back and was unpacking
Starting his practice in Philadelphia
Mike proved a good attorney and I don’t think he ever charged for my representation
I am saddened to hear he is no longer with us
I am sure I am not the only one he helped selflessly
My heart is heavy and I pray Mike is in a better place

To Mike’s wife Donna, his son Paul, to Carol, Barbara, and especially Joyce (who I knew best) - we were all shocked & so saddened when we heard about Mike - he was far too young to die this soon. I remember him most as my brother Jim’s best friend starting from their freshman year at CCHS, a friendship that lasted throughout the rest of their lives. Dear family and friends. I am sorry to hear about the passing of Michael. He was well known in the bankruptcy bar and we had worked on various cases together over the years. I enjoyed our interaction and would like to extend my condolences to you all.
