B"H. Because I have moved away from Wisconsin and live in Florida now, I have only just heard of Michael´s passing. My heart busted apart when I heard that as he was my most cherished coworker at JFS. This is not only because he was one of the smartest, but because he was so compassionate and empathic with clients and clinicians alike. Michael was a winner and a symbol of rare dominance over a disability, projecting his energy toward supporting and healing so many others, leaving a legacy...

Lisa & Scott - I'm thinking of our trip to Las Vegas so many years ago and how much fun we had. I also fondly recall Mike's efforts to teach me relaxation techniques to overcome my fear of flying prior to going to Vegas. If not freaking out on the plan was a measure of success then it worked! My thoughts are with you and the kids and the rest of the family with my hope you all find comfort with special memories of Mike.
