Not sure what to say?

I just found out about Mike. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. I knew him for many years at Grainger, but also through Mary Pat at Billy Haj's. I will keep your family in my prayers.

This loss has been in progress for a long time and yet it is all so soon for the heart and the endless hope we always have as mothers. Your grief will be bearable only because you know he was not able to live on this earth and survive. Pain, sadness and anguish are so close to the mother of Jesus who stood at the foot of the cross unable to help her son. My heart is with you even tho we knew each other for few hours in a land where balmy breezes blew and Jack won my heart with Corey while...

Rest In Peace Michael,

Dear Pat,
Our prayers are with you and your family. May the thought that your son is at peace and in a better place bring you comfort.

Dear Aunt Pat and Family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Please know that our prayers have been with you all this past year and continue to be with you during this difficult time. Peace and love.

Michael is now in the loving arms of our Father in Heaven, borne there on the prayers of his loved ones and family. My heart and my prayers go out to his family who has stayed by his side for so long through his illness.

And especially to his mother Patricia McKay, who is surely the mother written of in songs and poems. No one has been more dedicated to her family through all its trials and tribulations. My heart goes out to her and her family and my wishes for good health and...

I'm very sorry for your family's loss. I worked with Mike at Grainger many years ago on his shift, and became very good friends with him at the time. Through all his troubles, I knew him as a kind-hearted man, who didn't want to hurt anybody, and would give me the shirt off his back. I pray God comforts your family at this time of need. Prayfully. Patrick Ruehrdanz (proud alum of Mike's "fighting 3-11 shift")

Pat, Mom and I send our heartfelt sympathy and love to you and your family as you navigate through this final phase of Michael's illness. I know how difficult this year has been and I'm honored that you let me help ease your burden a little. Michael is in a wonderful place and at peace and I know that gives you peace. MP
