Michael Lee "Mickey" Mitchell

Mickey Mitchell will be missed greatly by Barbara & me. He had a small part in our early life together. He was chosen to be my Best Man at our wedding in 1966, but due to an accident could not serve as Best Man, but he did attend the wedding. Mickey was always fun to be around, and he could come up with some of the best activities to pass our time with. Studying for finals our senior year was a blast.

My sorrow & condolences to Mickey's family & friends, When I think about him, I remember his kindness & thoughtfulness toward others...Even in the midst of his own struggles,he offered a listening ear & words of encouragement.
. I will strive to be kinder, gentler, more caring & considerate & to listen more than talk because of the example Mickey set..Sometimes, we don't realize the Holy Presence of God in others until after He has moved on

To Mickey's family. May you all find peace and comfort in the days ahead. He is free of suffering and whole again. Rest in Peace Mickey.
