Dear Cindy, Randy and Family, I received a call today from Bickley family about Michael's death and wanted to send you all a hug from his old nurse from the NICU at Primary Children's. I lived in Bluffdale so was able to enjoy seeing you all occasionally and spending some days with him. I still remember Michael coming to see me one Halloween as a chocolate chip cookie!!
