I knew Mike Potts from Michigan State- I fought in the Judo club, Mike, of course, was a great wrestler with freakish strength. He was great ambassador for the Spartans. He was incredibly strong and very funny! I was so happy to have known him and sorry to read of his passing! Condolences to the kids and family.

Geez, Pottsy! To say that we were lucky to have you be a part of my life would be an understatement. We were blessed! Since 1980 you have provided me with laughter, political thought, and many, many, memories coaching you at MSU, that I will cherish until my last breath.
