Dear Kaye, We have been out of the country and just learned of Mike's sudden death. Our hearts are breaking for you and your family. Please know you are in our prayers. What a great guy he was. Sincerely, Dick and Pat Schermerhorn

It has been a long time since i last saw Mike. But i have fond memories of working with him as a board member of the Timber Rattlers organization. He was a great guy and a wonderful community minded person, he will be missed.

Mike was a wonderful man, a great storyteller and a great family man. I enjoyed every phone call he made to me throughout the many, many years and I will truly, truly miss receiving those phones calls. He was a man that everyone should have taken lessons from on how to treat people and how to enjoy life all at the same time. I truly will miss him and I have all of his family in my thoughts and prayers. It was a sad day when Michael Reese left this earth.

Mike was a great guy. He served on the SECURA Board of Directors for many years. He was a wise and savvy leader, who taught me a great deal about management. Mike will truly be missed. Kay and family I am very sorry for your loss..

Dear Kay and Family,
As I think about Mike tonight, I remember the saying: "What the heart has once loved can never be lost. " Mike's smile, contributions to his community, and joyful, humble, loving personality will live on in your hearts; as well as in the hearts of countless Friends.
God be with you,
Jim and Judy Schulze

Dear Reese Family,

I was not Mike's secretary or admin. I just kept track of him. I sat in the office just down the hall and he always made sure I knew where he was going and when he would be back. I helped him with my copy machines and made sure he had all the labels he needed. He would jam my machines at times and say that he knew better than to do it himself. That was also his reason that he let Kay do things at home

When he left before the weekend he told me he was going to...

Dear Kaye: I was so shocked and really sorry to hear of Mike's passing. He was such a dear person and the best sports fan ever. He had a kind word for everyone, and was interested in everything going on in the world around him, especially the sports world. I hope you find comfort in your dear family and in all the wonderful memories you and Mike shared. Love and prayers to you and your family
