Not sure what to say?

Mr. Rill. This is Stephen Schlichter. I am so saddened to learn of Mike's death. We were very good friends during our high school. I wish we would have maintained our relationship after school. I've worked for Mike for almost ten years. He was a gentleman, a very fair and supportive supervisor, and by all accounts, well-liked by all those who knew him. Our thoughts go out to Mike's family. I will always remember Mike's beautiful smile. His smile was a mirror for his beautiful soul. Rob and I are so saddened to hear of his loss.

Mike,

Rest easy, my Brother!

Turn to the Light

Mike was one of the kindest people I have ever known. An inspirational mentor and friend, gifted with truly remarkable intelligence and humility. I am very sorry to hear of his passing.

So sad to lose someone so young. Prayers to Mike's family and friends. R.I.P.
