He was without a doubt had the most impact and was the most important teacher I had throughout my education. He was the only teacher to recognize and appreciate my learning disabilities. Without making me feel ashamed for my shortcomings he help me learn in ways no other educator even attempted. I have often and will continue to laud him and the efforts he made for me to all that...

I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. Mr Rubashkin was my 4th grade teacher at Longfellow. I have always remembered him and the ways he made us all smile. God bless you.

So sorry to hear about Mike. I enjoyed working with him at Manson Park School. He was such a great man!!!!

I am so saddened to hear of Mike' s passing. It just doesn't seem to be true. Conversations were never boring with him. What a wonderful person he was and he had and a very loving family. The good really do die young.

Where do I start? Many fond memories from Gifted and Talented to baseball to Peacock Beach and many family outings together. Mike will always have a special place in my heart and my prayers go out to Sue and family. He was great man and will be missed in this world.

Just learned of Mike's passing and wish you all strength in getting used to this new world. I remember him as such a kind and gracious man.

So sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family. I use to live in Richmond, Maine when we worked together.
