Dear Salvagio Family-
I am sorry for your considerable loss.
Mike and I worked at desks close to each other at the City of Tucson in 1997. His picture in the newspaper really jumped out at me since that is the smile he almost always had. I overheard his conversations with subordinates and I never heard him raise his voice or lose his temper, though I know he had a lot of challenging work going on.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike when he was at COT Operations and I was at TPD Communications. He was an honorable man who worked diligently to ensure the City's efforts were focused on providing the best service possible to the people of Tucson and Pima County.
