Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear of Mike's death. I worked with him for many years and in many states. He was terrific the way he always maintained his composure and sense of humor. And he always picked the best resorts for our meetings! My sympathies to the family. Marji Philips

My thoughts a and prayers are with you and the Small family. May Michael look down on you and keep you safe. TCW "73"

It was always a pleasure to have Mike appear before me. He was an exemplary lawyer and a pleasant man. I regret his death very much. My sincere condolences to his family.

Joseph R. Nacy, ALJ, FERC

My deepest sympathies to the family of Mike Small. I was very sad to hear of his passing.

Hi, Rachel --

It's been almost 3 weeks since Mike died and we've thought a lot about you. You've been so brave through this long ordeal. I remember first meeting Mike at one of Daniel's early concerts and thinking, "Wow -- he and Rachel make a beautiful couple!" Jim enjoyed talking with Mike before and after those bass lessons, as did I (sometimes he and I would talk while he sat in his car in the driveway). He had a friendly way about him and a charming smile.
I'm glad he had you...

Since I first met Michael in 1996, he was always very kind, patient and helpful. To me he was the sort of man you do not have to know long before you know he is a good and decent man. I remember seeing him walk on the beach with his wife and two children in San Diego one time and it was clear that here was a man who loved his family dearly and in turn was treasured by them. I will miss Michael.

I am saddened by the loss of Mike Small. Mike was a good man and great leader.

I had the privilege of working with Mike for several years in connection with the Western Systems Power Pool. His contributions to that organization and, through it, to the public at large were enormous and lasting. We can take comfort in the proud legacy Mike has left us.

I am truly sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathies are with your family.
