Not sure what to say?

It has been said, “In a completely rational society, the best of us would be teachers and the rest of us would have to settle for something else.” Well, Mike Struble was the best. On the outside he could be intimidating, but on the inside Mike was an educator who truly loved his students and just wanted the best for them and their families. I look back with appreciation the times I would just wander into his office (or get called into it!) and talk about sports or just stuff. He had a way...

The most beautiful thing a person can leave behind is a smile on the face of those who think of him.

What a great man and leader! Despite the tough exterior, he had a heart of gold! He will be missed! Thoughts and prayers to his beloved family!

I was a brief student at Edon when Mr. Strumble was Superintendent. He was always so kind and supportive to me in light of my troubled life. Later in life in 2003 when my boys were killed in a car crash he allowed us to have a ceremony and place a memorial rock at the elementary play ground at the new school. Very greatful to have known him . Many prayers of peace and comfort to his family.

Amy~So sorry for you and the kids. Hugs to all at this sad time.

Mike was first class and made a difference in the lives of so many teachers and students. Our condolences to the family.

He was a real leader. I served on the School Board when he was at Edon. He guided us through the construction of our new school. Our condolences to Amy & his family.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

God bless you with peace and know that Mike was loved by many.. He made Edon High School a safe and happy environment for our kids
