I truly wish I had let Beaver know before his passing but he was a great friend to me and my kids when they were young. He had a knack with kids and made them feel special when they spent time with him. AS a single mother I truly appreciated the help he gave me , whether it was babysitting or just being a positive male role model for them.

Mike was one of my best friends growing up. Mike had polio and because of that one of his legs was much less developed than the other. That never stopped Mike from neighborhood football games wrestling tournaments in his basement or anything else. I am sure it worried his mom, but never Mike.
