Caroline, Payton and Ian, I just heard of the loss and it grieves me tremendously. My heart goes out to you and the family. Mike and I go back so many years from my first arriving in Virginia 34 years ago. He was the greatest of friends and best Orthopedic rep to work with, far ahead of the rest .
