Mr Watkins was a conscientious restaurateur. Great host and mentor to his team. He was good to let us know at the City of issues around his restaurants that were public safety concerns and how we could help the public. A good man who ran the best restaurants in Tulsa. Will miss his greetings and words of encouragement. Sorry for the family´s loss.
