My deepest sympathies for the passing of Mike. I knew him years ago when he attended Vincennes University. We were hanging out and he pulled out a vinyl of Johnny Cougar's. Mike declared that he knew of this musician from Seymour Indiana, and he was going to be BIG!! It was great music, and of course Johnny Cougar became John Mellenkamp. I knew Mike years ago when we worked together at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital in Northwest Indiana. I was a nurse and he was a PT. His work taught me to really understand the integral role of therapists in a hospital setting. Quite a coincidence that I found his obituary because I probably haven´t thought of his name for over 40 years.
