I knew Mike for 42 years. He was one very, very unique person, the stories I could tell. I first met Mike in 1978. Mike recruited me to play Rugby for his team, yes his team. Mike loved Rugby and the resurrection of Rugby as a sport at MU was attributable to Mike's talents and efforts.
