Miguel H. Unzueta

Miguel gave me my first job as a teenager. He paid me 1.60 an hour . My first job was washing dishes and he told me I had to start from the bottom up. I worked my way up eventually helping prep the food then helping to fill orders. The highlight was when I believe Roy was suppose to open on a Sunday morning and he was running late so I had to get all the food set up in the steam table and heat up fryer ,etc. That whole experience working for Miguel at the Caballo Blanco shaped my future and...
