Our family has only just learned of Mike's passing, so with my parents traveling, I am passing on our condolences from the entire Moorhead family.
We grew up living next to the Schmidt’s in King City and have nothing but fond and positive memories from Mike, Helga and the entire Schmidt family.

We are most saddened to hear of Mike's passing. I met Mike in the late 1970's as a consultant to ABC. I worked for a number of years with Mike and his son Frank. After Frank passed away, we shared a unique bond in that we both were bereaved --having lost children.
Mile was a very unique and creative business man who listened to advice
but always used his own judgement in making final decisions.
