Not sure what to say?

Dear Bob, Sherry, and Jana, We are all saddened to hear of Imojean's passing. The blessing of her long life and the love you all shared does nothing to lessen the pain of loss. We are thinking of you and your family during this time of grief. May Imojean's memory be a blessing to you all.

My introduction to her was by through my first phone banking, and I was terrified I was going to bring down our candidate just by my lack of experience. She laughed and smiled. Her encouragement meant the world. Imojean gave me the tips how to help our CSEA family. She and Jennie Batiste would have banter going back and forth, both enfolding me into their converstations. No better role model of being a human that cared for others have we had than both of these ladies. I thank you Imojean...

I remember Imojean as a kind and generous person - and had many dinners at her hand when hanging out afterschool with Julie. My sympathy goes to Julie and the rest of the family. My best to you all.

I feel immeasurably blessed for my friendship with Imo. Learned so much from her. Yes, I miss her but know we will rejoin in the future and reminisce about our visits to the home-bounds, making the Easter flower cross, and learning/enjoying her Asian salad and desserts. You are now resting in peace, Imo, at our Savior's side. So happy for you. Love always, Ines

I was so sorry to hear of Imo's passing. I met her while working at OUSD. She was quite the woman! I had tremendous respect for her and her wisdom and wit. We bowled together for several years and she beat all of us. My sincerest sympathy to your family.
