One of the nicest, kindest, sweetest people I had the pleasure to meet. I´ve been friends with her daughter Carla for close to 40 yrs-I met Mrs Wiggins around the same time. I will remember her smile, kindness, and calm aura. She and Mr Wiggins attended our wedding 24 yrs ago. Such a beautiful soul-inside and out.
