I Did not know her to well, just from the few times she happened to be with you or the phone conversations (which were nice ones) we had when I will give you a call to let you know that I had your order. I will keep you in prayer.

Charlene and Marlon,
I was hit with a duality of emotion when I learned of the loss of Mama Jean. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for accepting and sharing the love of your mom with my sister and I. She taught me lessons of life in way I would never forget. I cry tears of loss and tears of joy. I smell the sweet fragrance of Tamale pie from heaven. My family extends its love and comfort during your bereavement.

With Love,
the Lewis family

The grandma i never had, she was always a grandma to us! i love you and will miss you so so much!

my mom was engaged to grandma mimie's son marlon, she was the closest to a grandma i ever had, her smile, her knowledge she shared with us, her laugh, her wonderful tacos and her pancakes in the morning! we lived next door to her wherever we moved when we lived there. i miss her so much, my mom then moved us to oregon so she could go back to school and being so far away i didnt really get to visit her much but wish i did. i love you grandma mimi, you are the greatest. And always remembered.
