Minette Cooper

Minette was my daughter Ginny's Second Grade teacher at University in our Shreveport Neighborhood at University Elementary. She was a favorite of hers and mine. Ginny always came home with some funny stories that had happened that day. I became friends with her immediately. I was teaching Kindergarten at that time at Sun City Elementary in Bossier City.Her Grandfather sweet old Mr. Golf... would always buy my lemonade when he drove by my house. He lived not far from me. Minette was such a lady and a joy to be around. Each time I saw her, she greeted me in such a sincere way , that made me feel special. Billy Tom and I always enjoyed her super bowl parties, and we have fond memories of socializing over good food and good friends. She will be missed by many, and the tragedy of her loss is immense.
