My condolences go out to you and your family on the loss of your father. I was saddened to learn about his passing when I returned from California last Thursday. I will keep all of you in my prayers.

It was June 3, 1953 the graduation class of 53 was gathered at Memorial Auditorium in Gary, Indiana to receive the coveted certificate of accomplishment, 12 years of education recorded on a small diploma document to be treasured forever.

After 12 years of being natured, guided and watched over by our parents and the wonderful teachers at Froebel High School in Gary, Indiana the doors of freedom were finally open.

The 50's were a wonderful time and our high school years...
