Not sure what to say?

Please accept my condolences and prayers. I am a Vancrest resident and ate meals with Gene. I miss our talks and Gene's good humor! Gene was a good man who loved his wife, kids and grand kids. He missed Mary and his grandchildren a great deal and spoke of them often. Please know that Gene is with Mary and his grandkids once again.

Thank you uncle Gene for the love and kindness you shared with me and our family. May you find peace and comfort in heaven with aunt Mary. I will always keep you both, and your family, in my prayers.

Prayers to the Mead family. Twenty years ago, I happened to get Uncle Gene as a driver's ed. instructor. He was a great teacher because I've never had an accident or a speeding ticket. I remember talking with him at family gatherings. He was always happy and had a story to tell. The world has lost a great man. So very sorry for your loss.

Rest In Peace Uncle Gene. We love you and so proud of your service to our country. Love and prayers to all the family.

Gene was my godfather. I learned so much from him! He was truly a blessing to my life. I thank god that he choose Gene to be the person who helped me get closer to my faith and who molded me into who i am today. He will be missed. Sending prayers and comfort to his family during this time.

May he rest in eternal peace. Thank you for allowing me (and the other nurses) to care for you. You will be missed.

We loved Uncle Gene. He always had a smile and a positive attitude. And he gave the greatest hugs. He will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to the Mead family.
