Nancy E. Dewan

Nancy was the best coworker and friend. I have known her for over 30 years. She was the most giving person that I know. Nancy and I ran the Flower and Gift Fund at East High. Her generosity to help her students and staff was unconditional. I will miss her smile, kind words of wisdom and jokes. Rest In Peace my dear friend. My condolences to the Dewan family. Vicki

We will miss you, Aunt Nancy! The kids and I will cherish the many trips we did together and the fun visits in Rochester and at our home in Florida over the years. I especially loved how we would decide to explore a new place on our drives and take forever to get to our destination because of our spur of the moment change in plans! Probably my closest cousin in a large upstate family, we grew up and grew apart geographically, but certainly not emotionally. Till we meet again, rest in peace dear Nancy.

Nancy and I were good friends in high school and traveled together a couple times after we had both graduated from university. She had the best laugh! My heartfelt sympathy is with her family.
