When we were young we found shark's teeth in Rattlesnake Creek near our home. The woods were carpeted with violets in the spring. We had summers with our cousins in family homes at Kingsley Lake and Ormond Beach. We played Kick the Can with our neighborhood friends and only came home when it was time to wash up for dinner. Nancy was my dear childhood friend and I have such wonderful memories of the two of us who for many years were inseparable. She was one of the kindest souls on this earth and I will forever love and miss her.
