So happy to have had Nancy as a lifelong friend: a truly wonderful, sweet, loving person. I will always cherish my childhood memories of all of us playing and growing up together, forever.

Wow what a bad break for the human race. Two great people dead. I did not know you guys, but I'm sure you were wonderful.

When we were young we found shark's teeth in Rattlesnake Creek near our home. The woods were carpeted with violets in the spring. We had summers with our cousins in family homes at Kingsley Lake and Ormond Beach. We played Kick the Can with our neighborhood friends and only came home when it was time to wash up for dinner. My sister had a great love of the natural world. Every time that she was in a natural setting she was uplifted and restored. She would be so excited to see a deer, a fox, a great blue heron, a kingfisher. Our times together were filled with laughter. I will miss her forever.

Nancy was my dear childhood friend and I have such wonderful memories of the two of us who for many years were inseparable. She was one of the kindest souls on this earth and I will forever love and miss her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family on their tragic loss and I am praying for her precious granddaughter to make a full recovery.
