I'm so sorry to hear of Nancy's passing. I worked with Nancy for a brief period of time while in Customer Service at MiddleOak, and she was always so kind and had a great sense of humor. We kept in touch occasionally for a few years after her retirement with our mutual friends from CS, but then we eventually lost touch. I will miss her greatly, and always remember her smile.
