Nancy Ann Owen Marshall

Nancy was such a wonderful person, and meant so much to my mother, Anne Shore and myself. Prayers and love to her family.

Nancy was such a special friend. She attended activity programs when I was an activity director in long term care. She once came to a facility and gave someone a perm knowing the lady had no money. She did my hair for 18 years. There will never be another Nancy.

On behalf of our mother, Mildred Cartner, who passed in December 2020, we express our deepest condolences. Our mother was one of the ladies whom Nancy made beautiful and, more importantly, feel special. Mother loved seeing Nancy each week and looked forward to all of their great conversations. Your mother was more than a hair stylists, she was a friend to all of her clients. May you find comfort and peace.

We are sorry to learn just now of Nancy's passing. We met her years ago through mutual friends and she did my hair. To Brigitte and all the family, we express our sincere sympathy. Praying for God's peace and comfort to surround you.
