Nancy Needham Obituary
February 28, 1940 - April 15, 2023
Nancy Ellen Needham, born February 28, 1940, passed away in Denver, Colorado on April 15, 2023 at the age of 83. Nancy was born and grew up in Yuma, AZ and met her husband, Harry Needham (deceased) in Yuma.
She studied microbiology at the University of Michigan and earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona. Nancy worked at Yuma Regional Medical Center, owned a clinical lab in Yuma, worked at South Dakota State University in its animal science department and at a vet clinic in Denver.
Nancy is preceded in death by her husband Harry Needham and grandchild, Rachel Needham. She is survived by her three children Keith Needham (Julie Needham), Dirk Needham (Andrea Needham) and Amy (Needham) Pasquini (Tony Pasquini), nine grandchildren Noelle Needham, Nick Needham, Vince Needham (Jelissa Needham), Cole Needham (Yvette Needham), Claire Needham, Camille Needham, Luca Pasquini, Sasha Pasquini and Rocco Pasquini and six great-grandchildren.
Nancy loved animals, was an avid reader, sports fan and enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports and perform in piano concerts.
A funeral mass in Nancy's honor will be held on Saturday, June 10 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 9:30am, followed by a service at Johnson's Mortuary & Desert Lawn Memorial Park at 10:30am.
