i am so very sorry to hear of nancy's passing. i am just as sorry for the lack of communication between us; i just learned that we lost her very recently; perhaps a couple weeks ago, in fact. we became friends when i organized a loose sort of poetry group that met inside a record shop that i helped open in schdy., in early '88. this resulted in a quick friendship, attending numerous poetry open mic readings in several venues through the years, (ranging from a punk rock music club to...
