Dearest Pat,
I am so sorry to learn of Nancy's death. I know that she fought hard and that you were a constant and loving support for her both physically and emotionally. I know that she is now at peace with God. May you also be at peace knowing what a loving sister you were.
Love, Diane

Noah,
Thanks for sharing this. Sounds like she lived a very successful, full life and shared much of herself with others.

Nancy and I were best friends at Newton CDS of the Sacred Heart. I spent many weekends at her home, as I was a weekly boarder and remember Sunday drives with her mother and her sister Pat who ,reluctantly, accompanied us.
We were at Manhattanville together and I enjoyed knowing Heaton and celebrating the birth of Emily and Noah.
Our lives took divergent paths, but you never forget your "best friend" from adolescence...
I didn't know she was ill...I feel terrible.
Unfortunately, Hans and I will be in the mid-east for the memorial service, but I send my deepest sympathy to Pat and all her family.

I am saddened to learn of Nancy's passing. Although I didn't know her well, I really appreciated the contribution she made to WinterKids as a member of our Board of Directors. Her wisdom will continue to be missed by our group.

I counted Nancy among my very close friends. Although we only met a few years ago I think we felt a special bond. We had looked forward to traveling and sharing some adventures. A fine person - her loss will be marked by many. My thoughts are with her family-
