Read MoreI am so sorry for your loss. I was secretary for several years at the Hall County Extension Office. Nancy was a friend as well, both as a long time extension club member and also with my 4 children in 4-H. She was so kind and helpful, and her organizational skills made every lesson she gave amazing. She will be missed!

Nancy was my Home Ec teacher when I was in High School in Albion, Nebraska. She was great and I learned a lot from her. She made the class also a fun experience! I graduated in 1973. She will be missed by so many of her students whom she helped guide us with her knowledge that we take with us! RIP Miss Schmerdtmann!
